Morning: Relax and recharge after a week of celebrating! Whether it’s a quiet morning by the pool or a beachside coffee, take some time to relax before the celebrations begin.
Afternoon: Get ready for the ceremony. See “What to Pack” for outfit inspo. Bridal party preparations and final touches will be underway!!
3:00 PM: Iwai and Thom families busy with family photos.
4:00 PM: MEET AT THE BEACH!! Please arrive to Chileno at 4:00pm. Our ceremony will be starting on the beach at 4:30pm so PLEASE do not be late. It takes time to get from the car to the beach.
*** We have organized transportation for those of you staying at the Riu and Villa la Valencia to and from your hotels at 3:30pm (be ready in lobby). *** If you are staying at the Auberge, there is a shuttle service. See “Transportation” for more details.
5:00 PM: Shuttles coordinated from the beach to the reception area.
5:30 PM: Cocktail Hour.
7:00 PM: Dinner and Reception.
9:00 PM: Dance Party.
11:00PM: Late Night Snacks!!
11:30pm: First wave of transportation leaves Chileno (to Riu or Villa la Valencia).
12:30pm: Second wave of transportation leaves Chileno (to Riu or Villa la Valencia).
1:30am: Third wave of transportation leaves Chileno (to Riu or Villa la Valencia).
If you are responsible to arranging your own ride, please call you Uber 30 minutes in advance so you are not waiting around for your ride. They can take a long time to arrive.
